The atmosphere was eclectic and comfortable, with a mix of modern and antique decor. The staff were extremely helpful and spoke good English. The in-house restaurant offered delicious food. The "chilling room" in the cellar was a favorite spot, quiet and relaxing.
Absolutely nothing.

This hotel has a great location, just a short walk away from the city centre and some fantastic restaurants. the service was fantastic, with staff going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We were impressed by the breakfast, plenty of tasty options available and all reasonably priced. the view from the hotel room was lovely, with a great view of the city skyline. We particularly enjoyed the on-site leisure facilities including the gym and pool.
The rooms were a bit noisy due to the street outside, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The breakfast was great, with a wide range of options to choose from. the restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming, and always happy to help. Another great aspect was the hotel's location, which was very close to many attractions and public transportation links, making it easy to get around and explore the city. Plus, the rooms were very well maintained and cleaned regularly, which was a huge plus.
The lighting in the rooms was poor, making them feel dark and dreary at times. some of the lamps on the beds were broken, which was quite annoying, as it meant having to open the big lights in the room, which could have disturbed other guests.

I had a great experience at Ho36! the staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome. the location was convenient, although the surrounding area could have better security. the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. the showers and toilets were also clean, and there was always enough toilet paper. I enjoyed the bar downstairs with its outside seating area, and the free coffee/tea ticket was a nice touch. a lovely hostel with friendly staff in a good central location.
Nothing negative to say 😊.

I spent the Christmas holiday at a centrally located hostel, and despite the negatives, I must admit I had a few enjoyable moments. I appreciated the complementary hot chocolate and cookies that were offered on Christmas Eve. the location was perfect as it was within walking distance of all the major sights. Lastly, meeting travelers from different parts of the world was quite enjoyable, and learning about their cultures was an advantage.
There were a few negative aspects of my stay that dampened my experience. the rooms were tiny, cramped, and not cleaned regularly.

Despite minimal check-in times, someone was available to assist us late at night. We appreciated the clean room and bathroom.
Nothing.
